NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOND ELECTION CITY OF MULLAN Shoshone County, Idaho NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Ordinance No. 380 of the City of Mullan, Shoshone County, Idaho, adopted on August 17, 2018, a Special Bond Election will be held in the City on TUESDAY, November 6, 2018, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 8:00 P.M., for the purpose of voting upon a proposition authorizing the issuance of sewer revenue bonds in a principal amount of not to exceed $3,500,000 and for a term not to exceed forty (40) years for the purpose of providing the funds to pay the costs of acquisition, construction, replacement and installation of certain additions and betterments to the City's wastewater collection system (the "Project"), pursuant to the provisions of the Ordinance.
