Thomas “Tom” Melvin Blake, 81, of Silverton, Idaho, passed away April 12, 2020 at the Shoshone Medical Center of Kellogg. He was born June 30, 1938 in Gresham, Oregon.
Upon Tom’s request no memorial services will be held.
