ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS City of Kellogg, Kellogg, Idaho City of Kellogg 2020 Paved Roads Project City of Kellogg (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: City of Kellogg 2020 Paved Roads Project. Separate sealed bids for the construction of the Project will be received by the City of Kellogg located at 1007 McKinley Avenue, Kellogg, ID 83837 (by USPS mail or hand-delivered), until Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. local time. Bids received will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 p.m. at Panhandle Health District located at 35 Wildcat Way, Kellogg, ID 83837. The Project includes the following Work: Rebuilding road section, paving, drainage improvements, and other related work as set forth in the Contract Documents. Bids are requested for the following Contract: City of Kellogg 2020 Paved Roads Project. The project is located in the Bunker Hill Superfund Site. Soils are known to be contaminated by heavy metals that are associated with historic mining wastes. Contractor shall comply with OSHA HAZWOPER regulations 29 CFR 1910.120 including HAZWOPER training for employees engaged in the work in accordance with OSHA regulations. The Contractor must have a current ICP license from the Panhandle Health District prior to receiving Notice to Proceed. Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Rates apply. Contractor is required to own a current copy of the Idaho Standards for Public Works Construction (ISPWC) to bid the project.
