TUESDAY, MARCH 3

• New Hope AA group meeting and book study at 7:30 p.m. at the VFW Hall, Osburn.

• Smelterville Lions Club meeting at 7:15 p.m. at 301 W. Main St., Smelterville. Event reoccurs the first and third Tuesdays of every month.

• U.S. Militia Northern Command meeting at 6 p.m. in the Brooks Hotel restaurant.

• No-knead bread class at noon at the Pinehurst library. Second part of class, learn how to handle the dough and bake some rolls in our library convection oven and taste them. Bring something to do because this part of the class involves a lot of waiting time for the dough to rise and bake. Call 208-682-3483 or stop at the front desk to sign up.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 4

• Bunker Hill workers meeting at noon Timbers Road House in Cataldo.

• It Club after-school program from 1:45-3 p.m. at the Pinehurst library. Kids are invited for a program that does “it” all — from science and technology to art and exploration. Each It Club is a new adventure. Geared toward kids K-5. Snacks provided.

• Mom mingle from 9:30-11 a.m. at Cornerstone Church, 106 S. Fourth St., Osburn. Weekly topics, guest speakers, lessons and devotions shared by fellow moms.

• Small Miracles NA group meeting at 7:30 p.m. at the VFW Hall, Osburn.

• Little Renaissance Kids story time from 10-11 a.m. at the Pinehurst library. Spend time exploring weekly topics from the world of fine art, math and science, world cultures, nature and more.

• Love and Tolerance Womens group of AA meeting at 6 p.m. in the Shoshone Medical Center cafeteria, Kellogg. Does not meet on the fourth Wednesday of the month.

• Wallace planning and zoning meeting at 6 p.m. at Wallace City Hall.

• Doing business with the Government half-day workshop from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Mullan City Hall

• Free chili feed from 5-6:30 p.m. at the Congregational Church, 408 Cedar St., Wallace.

• Shoshone County Democrats meeting at 7:15 p.m. at the Osburn Senior Center.

• Jackass AA group meeting at 7:30 p.m. in the Shoshone Medical Center cafeteria, Kellogg.

• Ski free day for nurses, EMTs, and Toyota drivers at Lookout Pass Recreation Area.

• Kellogg Senior Center dance from 7 to 10 p.m. every Friday. All ages are welcome.

• Miners AA group meeting at 7:30 p.m. at the Wallace Fire Hall, Wallace.

• Wallace School District early release at Wallace Jr./Sr. High School (2:50 p.m.).

• Live music with Atari Ferrari at 9 p.m. at the Metals Bar, Wallace.

SATURDAY, MARCH 7

• Missoula Children’s Theatre performances of “Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs” at 3 and 5 p.m. at Wallace High School. Free to the public.

• Museum work day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Shoshone County Mining & Smelting Museum, 820 McKinley Ave, Kellogg. Come help with clean up and set up exhibits.

• 5th annual Doug E Fresh Bank Slalom from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. at Silver Mountain Resort. Night skiing will be a part of the event this year. Ski Bum Prom from 3 to 9 p.m. Wear your classiest retro ski bum attire and come enjoy a fun filled night.

• 6th annual Boyd Hill Snowskate (Binding free Banked Slalom) contest at 8 a.m. at Lookout Pass Recreation Area. This event will be held in the Rolling Thunder - Natural Terrain Park.

• HeartSaver CPR/AED/First Aid class at Shoshone Medical Center’s Community Outreach Center, 9 County Club Ln, Pinehurst. CPR potion from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and First Aid from 1 to 3:45 p.m. You may choose to attend just the CPR portion or just the First Aid portion, but must be signed up as there is limited space per instructor. Books must be picked up & fees paid at Shoshone Medical Center prior to class. Call 208-784-1221 Ext. 350 to sign up.
