•Animal complaint 10 block W. Idaho/McKinley area, report of dog left alone without food or water. Later found animal and owner and animal was extremely healthy and happy. Owner left momentarily while entering business. Unfounded.

•Release 2 dogs from the pound.

•Welfare check 200 block of Flume (student advised to contact their principal). With K73 for this call.

•Medical assist 300 block W Mullan. Cleared assist.

•Welfare check on Flume. Cleared subject code 4.

•Stationary radar Cameron Avenue.

•Welfare check on a K9 behind Mountain View Medical. K9 was code 4.

•Called to Amy Lynn’s for noise complaint. Cleared verbal warning.

•Stationary patrols on W. Cameron and Hill Street.

•NIBRS work again.

•Abandoned paper work.

•Called to 400 block Brown for a disturbance. Cleared NAT.

•Agency assist in Smelterville for business alarm. Cleared other agency assist.

•Assist K77 & K78 with possible juvenile party. Cleared agency assist.

•The other Dave had training on traffic stops. We might even let him do one soon.

•Lots of foot patrol.

•Foot Patrols of Elder, North, Vergobbi, Cathryn, Hill, Howard, Sunset, Caledonia, Mission, Mullan, Cedar, Chestnut, Oregon, Main, Mill, Division, Market.

•Dispatched to vandalism at Kellogg City Park, Kids tearing up caution tape. Clear NAT.

•Dispatched to Disturbance 10 block Kellogg Avenue, possible juvenile party. Clear after investigation no action was taken.

•Dispatched to suspicious persons 800 block W. Cameron Avenue. Clear public assist.

•Report of a stolen WRX from the Emerald addition. Last seen the night before and gone this morning. Cleared grand theft report generated. After a long and hard investigation (about 2 minutes) K73 finally found said missing car. It was located in the Yokes parking lot. K73 contacted the owner of the car and drove him to it. It was undamaged and nothing taken from inside. Report changed to joyriding, cleared. A short time later, owner of said WRX called and stated that his wife reminded him that he had went to the store the night before and most likely walked home instead of driving said WRX back home. Cleared, happy that no report was needed and the guy got his car back.

•LL request regarding vandalized car E. Portland. Clear, report taken.

•Conducted building check 800 block Bunker Avenue. Clear.

•Conducted residential check on a home and discovered it was broken into 100 block West Portland. Cleared.

•Conducted residential check on Lower Third Street. Cleared.

•The other Dave sat down for some good old fashion report writing training.

•Citizen contact Community Center. Clear NAT.

•Citizen contact Gondolier.

•Clear NAT.

•Computer maintenance Kellogg City Hall. There was no internet working at the end of shift to send this.

•VIN Inspection at Kellogg City Hall.

•Vehicle tagged for 48-hour removal 400 block W. Portland.

•Reports.

•Check on ‘blight’ residence (written notice was given and checking on progress).

•Placed a dog in the pound from County (in Osburn, no Osburn unit on shift).

•Domestic 100 block of W. Elder, cite and release for Domestic Battery with Children Present. Report generated.

•Assisted K74 with domestic Hill & Cameron. Clear agency assist.

•Released a dog from the pound that K74 put in pound earlier.

•Traffic stop 100 block w. Cameron, no plate. Clear verbal.

•Welfare check at 100 block of Legion, reports of shouting and doors slamming. Contacted the residents and they are having issues with neighbors with each reportedly doing the same thing (being too loud). Advised that what K74 was hearing was normal and not excessive (disturbing the peace). Public assist.

•Landline at KPD reference questions about vehicle registrations and temps.

•Returned found property to its owner at KPD.

•Ok...It can stop raining anytime. Just saying.

•Dispatched to suspicious activity at the intersection of Hill St. & W. Mission Ave. Discovered a possible hit & run on a vehicle. Report was taken.

•Conducted a citizen contact at the intersection of Hill Street. & W. Mullan Avenue regarding curfew violation. Said juveniles were given a ride home.

•Citizen contact at City Park regarding being in the park after hours. Gave a verbal warning.

•Dispatched to the 100 block of E. Portland Ave. for a noise complaint. Made contact with the source and issued a citation for disturbing the peace.

•Follow-up on last night’s events (looking for items in daylight).

•Multiple contacts/citizen reports of prowlers in the neighborhood (500 block and down on W. Mission).

•Called to Amy Lynn’s for fight in progress. Cleared citation issued x2.

•Called back to Amy Lynn’s for another fight in progress. Cleared peace restored, verbal only.

•Burglary alarm at Gondolier. Cleared building secured.

•Citizen contact 500 block W. Mission Ave. Cleared NAT.

•Citizen contact 300 block W. Cameron Ave. Cleared NAT.
