NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF KELLOGG MAY 12, 2021 6:00 p.m. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Kellogg will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at Kellogg City Hall, 1007 McKinley Avenue, Kellogg, Idaho, to consider the exchange of real property. On April 14, 2021, the City Council declared its intent to exchange the real property located at N. Division & Mission Old Fire Hall, Kellogg, Idaho for two properties located at 406 E. Portland, Kellogg, Idaho and 774 E. Portland, Kellogg, Idaho. In accordance with Idaho Code § 50-1402, the City will conduct a public hearing on the proposed exchange of real property. Due to Covid19 and gathering and social distance restrictions, this public hearing will be available via ZOOM.
