Coeur d'Alene Trust Call for Contractor Qualifications: Coeur d'Alene Trust was established to coordinate the investigation, design, and implementation of remedies for environmental impacts associated with former mines, mills, and tailings piles in the Coeur d'Alene River Basin. The Trust is soliciting qualifications from Construction Contractors to perform four projects within Shoshone County Idaho as part of the continued cleanup efforts within the Upper Basin of the Bunker Hill Mining and Metallurgical Complex Superfund Site. The type of work includes such items as excavating and hauling mine waste, placing and compacting the mine waste within the Waste Consolidation Area, completing earthwork activities, reconstructing streams, installing an arch culvert, installing geosynthetic cover system, demolishing buildings, constructing asphalt roads, handling and disposal of asbestos-containing material (ACM), managing storm water, and completing revegetation. The Coeur d'Alene Trust's objective is to prequalify contractors for each of the four projects.
