• The good news is that ticking noise has stopped in 943. The bad news is it now makes no noise — RIP 943. K76, you didn’t have to break it. You were already getting the new patrol vehicle when it arrives.

• Dispatched to the 300 block of W. Cameron Avenue for harassment. Attempted to contact the reporting party at their residence, however, they refused to speak to K77. Cleared, no action taken.

• Called to the 500 block of Chestnut for a suspicious circumstance, a window was banged on while the residence was occupied and they thought someone was breaking in. Cleared, Necessary Action Taken (NAT).

• Disturbance at 100 block E. Portland. One person cited and released for assault. This prompted another investigation into issues having to do with school bus violations (unauthorized school bus entry I.C. 18-1522) between two parents. Investigation on that portion ongoing.

• Called to a civil standby in the 100 block of E. Portland, however upon arrival, it was no longer needed, NAT.

• Vehicle musical chairs for snow plowing.

• Stationary/emphasis patrols for school bus stop in the 100 block of E. Portland, per request of the School District. This was requested as adults are having a hard time adulting…surprisingly, no complaints for the kids, so kudos to them. All was peaceful on the morning route.

• Attempt to locate possible suicidal subject throughout town (was not at home). Unable to locate, information given to local Idaho State Patrol troopers in the area.

• Follow up at Bus Garage for K74. Cleared, agency assist.

• Assisted county with a domestic on the 700 block of Main Street, Wardner.

• Called to the area of McCracken for an animal complaint. After speaking to the RP, it was unfounded. Yes, that’s how K76’s brief was written. I’m not sure where McCracken is, but it sounds cool.

• Landline regarding obtaining a police report. Advised of the procedure of public information/records request. Person then wanted another officer's voicemail, call was transferred.
