South Fork Coeur d'Alene River Sewer District Osburn, Idaho Page WWTP Outfall Relocation ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The South Fork Coeur d'Alene River Sewer District (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the Page WWTP Outfall Relocation Project. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the District office located at 1020 Polaris Avenue, Osburn, Idaho 83849 or by U.S. Postal Service to P.O. Box 783, Osburn, ID 83849, until Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: The proposed project involves extending the existing Page Wastewater Treatment Plant outfall pipeline approximately 1,300 linear feet and constructing a new discharge in the South Fork of the Coeur d'Alene River to discharge effluent directly into the River.
