ORDINANCE NO. 398 APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR FY 2022/2023 AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2022. APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $881,706 TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSE AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF MULLAN FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR. AUTHORIZING A LEVY OF A SUFFICIENT TAX UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY AND SPECIFYING THE OBJECTS AND PURPOSE FOR WHICH SAID APPROPRIATIONS IS MADE. BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Mullan, Shoshone County, Idaho: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 397; the appropriations ordinance for the City of Mullan, Idaho, for the fiscal year commencing October 1, 2021, be, and the same is hereby amended as follows: That the additional amount of $702,305 be appropriated out of the revenues from the USDA, CDBG and USACE for the Waste Water Facilities project.
