Reference is made to that certain trust deed made by Daniel A. Smith and Teresa L. Smith, Grantor(s), to Ringert Clark Chartered, trustee, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for U S Bank N.A., as beneficiary, recorded 09/03/2008, in the Records of Shoshone County, Idaho as Instrument No. 447129, which was modified on 10/13/2011 under Instrument No. 464445, and Glogowski Law Firm, PLLC, Katrina E.
