Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Grant Activities The City of Kellogg is submitting a proposal to the Idaho Department of Commerce for an Idaho Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) in the amount of $500,000. The proposed project is to upgrade wastewater collection lines and manholes, and replace sanitary sewer services within public rights-of-way. The hearing will include a discussion of the application, scope of work, budget, schedule, benefits of the project, how CDBG funds will benefit low and moderate income persons, and location of the proposed project. The application, related documents, and ICDBG Application Handbook will be available for review. The hearing has been scheduled for Wednesday, November 9, 2016, 6:00 PM, Kellogg City Council Chambers, 1007 McKinley Avenue, Kellogg.
