Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Grant Activities The City of Kellogg is submitting a proposal to the Idaho Department of Commerce for an Idaho Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) in the amount of $500,000. The proposed project is to upgrade wastewater collection lines and manholes, and replace sanitary sewer services within public rights-of-way. The hearing will include a discussion of the application, scope of work, budget, schedule, benefits of the project, how CDBG funds will benefit low and moderate income persons, and location of the proposed project.
