Notice of Public Hearing City of Pinehurst November 8, 2016 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with Idaho Code 63-1311A, by the City of Pinehurst, Idaho that the Pinehurst City Council will meet at 6 p.m. on November 8, 2016 at the Pinehurst City Hall, 106 North Division Street, Pinehurst, Idaho to consider public comment regarding the institution of a new late fee charge on dog licenses. Dog licenses are due January 1 of every year, starting in 2017 if a resident has not purchased their dog license by April 1 they will incur a $5.00 late fee in addition to the current license fee. The late fees will be assessed in an attempt to encourage timely payment of dog licenses, thus keeping costs to a minimum.
