ORDINANCE NO. 154 AN ORDINANCE OF SHOSHONE COUNTY, IDAHO TO SUPPLEMENT IDAHO CODE TITLE 22, CHAPTER 24 PROVIDING FOR THE CONTROL OF NOXIOUS WEEDS, SETTING FORTH THE PURPOSE AND GOAL OF SAID ORDINANCE, ESTABLISHING DEFINITIONS, APPORTIONING COSTS OF CONTROL OF NOXIOUS WEEDS, PREVENTING THE DISSEMINATION OF NOXIOUS WEEDS INTO SHOSHONE COUNTY, ESTABLISHING CONSTRUCTION/CONTRACTOR PREVENTION MEASURES, PROVIDING FOR THE SALE AND RENTAL OF CONTROL EQUIPMENT, APPROPRIATION OF WEED REVENUE FUNDING, PROVIDING FOR A COUNTY WEED CONTROL ADVISORY COMMITTEE, DESIGNATION OF COUNTY NOXIOUS WEEDS AND ACTION PLAN, REPEALING ALL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES, SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
