| April 3, 2017 6:20 PM

•As a department, we have walked many miles in the surrounding areas of Kellogg and Wardner looking for Karen Orchard. As of April 3, she still has not been located. Please still be on the lookout for her and please report any sighting.

•Report of a phone scam on Park Ave. Told reporting party block number and never give them any information.

•Slow night, I did however eat my “lunch” or whatever you call it when you eat your mid-shift meal at midnight watching the elk on galena ridge golf course. So, I have that going for me.

•The Kellogg city parks bathrooms are now open for your business.

•Took report of mal. injury to property on the 700 block of S Division.

•Finished reports that had happened over the weekend but the system was down.

•Patrolled the streets of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Assist county with traffic stop in Kellogg, driver had issues with medication and passed 1222’s evals.

•Medical assist to the same driver 1222 pulled over. He was taken to the hospital by medical.

•Traffic stop on Mission Ave. Cleared Verbal.

•Call to 100 block W Elder about female disturbing the peace. Ended up taking her in for Detox.

•Routine patrol of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Foot Patrol Kellogg.

•VIN inspection on Diamond Ave.

•Called to 500 block of Main St Wardner for possible gun that had been dropped behind the gate of the flood compound.

•Called to 600 block of Cameron Ave for male passed out under a tree intoxicated. I provided him with a ride to Osburn.

•Called to Moose on the loose, he was eating on trees behind Silver Spoon and Sam’s. To my knowledge, he had no intentions of going over the interstate.

•Lots of foot patrol on the nice sunny day.

•Call to Mtn. Health about male standing in the breezeway, ended up arresting male for possession of paraphernalia and being under the influence of a controlled substance in a public place.

•Yeah our report writing system is back up and running.

•Citizen contact on 800 block of W McKinley, provided courtesy transport and voucher to a hotel for the night.

•Called to 100 block of E Cameron for neighbor dispute, neither party wanted to press charges. Cleared peace restored. This was the only call to service for the day.

•Traffic stop on E Cameron x2. both cleared verbal.

•Citizen contact up Galena Ridge, they had permission from Silver Mt to get some firewood. Cleared public assist.

•Assisted ISP with traffic stop on W McKinley Ave.

•Cleared abandoned building on W Portland Ave. Building secured.

•Parking citation issued at station and the visitor’s center.

•ATL stolen vehicle out of CDA - Ford F-150 (no plates - Dale’s Used Cars placards in place of license plates). Unable to locate.

•Disturbance call (noise complaint) at Silver Mt. When I arrived they were already in bed. Cleared with a warning.

•Dispatch received a 911 call from Cameron Conoco for an intoxicated male (he was doing nothing wrong was just asking for a ride/taxi home). Upon arrival, I confirmed that he was not causing a disturbance nor committed any crime. I advised the gas station attendant what constituted a 911 call and provided him with the non-emergency number. I gave the intoxicated male a ride to his friend’s house (he was not from around here)

•Received a welfare check in the 500 blk of Main in Wardner. She was code 4 just slept through her alarm.

•Washed my muddy patrol vehicle.

•Mobile and stationary patrols in both Kellogg and Wardner.

•Stationary on Bunker (800 block and near intersection of Hill Street).

•Stationary on E. Cameron (300) block.

•Stationary on W. Cameron (Hill Street intersection).

•Report of runaway (adult) from Kindred. Unable to locate in the area as I was driving close when call came out. Upon arrival, was advised subject had already made it to Osburn with family, then left residence in Osburn. Relayed to SCSO and changed call to welfare check as there is nothing keeping the person from leaving (Documentation from Dr. or order from Judge). Referred to Other Agency.

•Traffic stop Legion at Hill. Verbal warning for improper lane change (from Railroad onto Hill Street).

•Suspicious circumstances on Oregon. SMC security reporting vehicle with two flat tires and person walking away from vehicle (possibly intoxicated). Subject was contacted by County on I90 overpass. Did not appear to be alcohol involved, nor damage to vehicle from crash. Simply driving down the road and both passenger tires went flat. Will make arrangements when one of the tire shops are open to get vehicle fixed. Vehicle is not on the roadway and not a hazard. Unfounded.

•Traffic stop on McKinley and Hill for fail to dim head lights. Cleared 4.

•Called to a possible overdose on E. Portland. I was called with medical. It ended up being in ross ranch thus being a county call. I covered the scene until county took over. Cleared agency assist.

•So, with the sun out for more than two days in a row I decided to change my uniform from the long-sleeve to the short-sleeve. SO Yes, it is my fault it snowed today. Sorry about that.

BE HAPPY, BE SAFE
