KPD Roll Call 4/10-4/17

•Traffic Stop Wardner. Clear Verbal.

•Call to Mission Avenue for a neighborhood dispute. Cleared assist.

•Station call for a protection order violation. Report taken and charges will be sent to PA.

•K71 went to NIC to do some recruiting. Word has it that he found a good candidate.

•County assist in Pinehurst for a deputy that was injured chasing after some trespassers. Deputy was ok. Can’t say the same for her pants.

•Called to assist county in Smelterville all was code 4 upon my arrival. Cleared other agency assist.

•Wardner City council meeting.

•County units and myself searched for a warrant that was believed to be on W Mullan Ave, the adult male was not located. But we did wave to the camera.

•K71 handle a Vin inspection on Elder Avenue.

•Mobile patrols in Kellogg and Wardner.

•While reviewing body cam footage for the week and I came across the “passion party” footage. Watching K77 and K75 turn red and almost run out the door made the rest of my shift much more enjoyable.

•Traffic Hill and Bunker for stop sign violation - verbal.

•Welfare check on Caledonia - male subject sleeping in his vehicle. Subject was good, no bed setup in house so he fell asleep in his warm vehicle on his own property. No further action taken.

•Traffic 100 block Main Wardner - verbal for speed

•Stationary patrols in Wardner for 55 minutes. Only the one stop for speed.

•Arrested an adult male on a felony warrant out of Oregon.

•Patrolled the streets of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Bar check at Eddie Joes and Dirty Ernies, all was in order.

•Dealt with two juvenile issues one at the middle school and the other at Alliance.

•Citizen contact front lobby of Kellogg City Hall reference possible phone scam. Public Assist.

•Mobile and stationary patrols in Kellogg and Wardner.

•Traffic Hill and Legion - verbal for not displaying front license plate (cited by ISP on yesterday’s date).

•Property damage crash McDonald’s parking lot - Information exchange and FI created for documentation.

•Trespassing issue 600 block of S. Division - Trespass Notice renewed between neighbors. Report created and completed for documentation of notice being given as well as dispatch adding information to subject being trespassed.

•Welfare check on Maple Ave, negative contact

•Citizen contact at KPD, RP was on the interstate and said the suspect vehicle got off in Kellogg. I told him I would be attempting to locate. Cleared unable to locate.

•Bar check at Noah’s, Dirty Ernie’s, Inland Lounge, Eddie Joe’s nothing to report.

•Patrolled streets and alleyways of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Citizen contact on Maple: reference welfare check from previous shift. Everything seemed to be in order and animals were being tended to.

•Multiple Attempt to Locates broadcast today.

•Multiple 911 calls for vehicle that was honking. The RP was informed that this was not a 911 situation. I was unable to locate said vehicle.

•Mobile patrols of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Extra patrols conducted (very nice day outside even though it started bitterly cold).

•Traffic stop - 500 block of W. Riverside - verbal for stop sign.

•Citizen contact 300 block of W. Riverside - advised subject his tail lights/brake lights were not working on his vehicle as he parked.

•Located open doors on abandoned buildings - secured best as can. Will notify for extra patrols.

•Nice sunny Easter Sunday.

•Station Call for a possible female that needed help, (stuck at a bar with a friend and the friend did not want to leave yet. Found her and she was code 4.

•Called to the middle school for a Minor that was intoxicated. Minor was cited and released to parent.

•Thinking I need to put my long sleeves back on so the sun will come out more than one day in a row.

•Put two dogs in the pound from up the river then released both dogs about an hour later.

•Report of a runway. He was found by parents before I was able to locate him. Cleared assist.

•K77 called to county assist at Wal-Mart for a theft, it was related that the subject had an active felony warrant. K77 showed up at the perfect time. Subject fled 1220 on foot and ran right into me. A short fight ensued before 1220 and myself was able to gain control and take him into custody. Cleared county assist. Right Place, Right Time.
