•13:13 EMS dispatched to Cameron Ave for a medical transfer to Shoshone Medical Center.

•15:29 EMS dispatched to Shoshone Medical Center for a transport to Mountain Valley care and rehab. Fire crew dispatched to assist with the patient.

•20:47 EMS dispatched to Bunker Ave for a patient with back pain. Patient was assessed and transported to Shoshone Medical Center for further evaluation and transport.

04/14

•00:59 Fire crew was dispatched to Ranch Road in Kingston for a structure fire. After determining all occupants were safely out of the structure personnel and apparatus were canceled, due to the residence being outside of the Fire District. EMS was then dispatched to the residence for two patients with burn injuries from the fire. Both were treated and then transported to SMC for their injuries.

•02:07 Dispatched to Mission Ave in Kellogg for difficulties breathing. Patient assessed and transported to Shoshone medical center.

•10:55 Fire and EMS responded to a call from a patient who had fallen and was having difficulty getting up without help. After assessing the patient, it was determined the patient was having medical problems necessitating transport to SMC for further evaluation.

•15:29 EMS crew responded to the 400 block of west seventh in Silverton for a patient transfer to SMC.

•17:26 EMS crew responded to SMC for a patient transfer back to the 400 block of west seventh in Silverton.

•17:52 Fire crew responded to Elk creek area in Kellogg for a possible chimney fire. The smoke was caused by several people burning yard waste. Fire crew returned to service.

•00:45 EMS crew responded to Elk Creek Rd for a medical emergency. Patient was transported to Shoshone Medical Center.

•10:47 EMS dispatched to Main St. in Smelterville for a fall victim. Patient assessed and bleeding controlled. Patient transported to Shoshone Medical center for further evaluation and treatment.

•21:08 EMS crews responded to the W. Yellowstone area of Osburn for a patient with breathing difficulty. Patient was treated on scene and transported to SMC for further testing.

•00:15 Dispatched to a fall on Main St. in Smelterville. Patient stated that they had fallen and gotten up and no longer needed help. Fire personnel cleared returned to quarters.

•14:59 EMS crews responded to the Woodland Park area of Wallace for a patient having a seizure. Crews arrived on scene to find the patient not actively seizing. Patient was treated on scene and transported to SMC for further treatment.

•21:54 EMS crews responded to Mullan for a patient having breathing difficulty. Crews arrived to a patient feeling weak with abdominal pain. Patient was treated and transported to SMC for further treatment and testing.

•07:50 EMS crews responded to Garden Ave in Silverton for patient having chest pain. Patient believed he may have eaten too much Easter food the night before. Patient was treated and transported by ambulance to SMC.

•10:09 EMS crew responded to Kellogg Middle School for a student that was intoxicated. The patient stated that she was only drinking water out of the bottle and thought it tasted funny because of her gum. Although her mother did not believe her, the student stuck to her story. Got to give her credit for that!

•11:50 Fire crew responded to Seventh Street in Pinehurst after spotting dark smoke. Large construction/debris fire. Garden hose used to cool nearby structure. One engine, one tender, and one officer vehicle responded. Fire controlled. All personnel cleared

•12:07 Medical crews responded to Cataldo gulch for a female who had fallen and was having pain. Patient was treated and transported to Kootenai Health.

•17:21 EMS crews responded to Burke Road in Wallace for patient complaining of chest pain. Patient took one Nitro prior to arrival and stated pain appeared to be better. Patient complained of having severe headache when EMS arrived. Patient was treated and transported to SMC for further evaluation.

•04:48 EMS crews responded to Hotel Street in Wallace for patient having difficulty breathing. Patient informed crews that it felt like her airway was swelling. Patient was treated and transported to SMC with airway being closely monitored.

•07:57 EMS crew responded to K St in Smelterville for a patient having a seizure. The patient was monitored until she came out the seizure and was released to the care of a guardian.

•12:44 EMS crews responded to Shoshone BLVD. in sunnyslopes for a patient with abdominal pain. Patient was treated by EMS and transported to SMC by ambulance.

•13:30 EMS crews responded to Cedar street in Wallace for patient who has collapsed, unknown causes. Patient was treated and transported by ambulance to SMC.

•18:25 Dispatched to a home in Pinehurst for a female having seizures. When seizure was over patient became conscious and alert. Transport was declined by the patient.

•18:43 EMS crews responded to the town of Mullan to assist law enforcement. Medical was canceled in route and returned to quarters.
