Shawn Latimer, 25, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for less than 3 ounzes of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to maintain insurance, providing false information to an officer and failing to appear. Cash bail was set in the amount of $1480.

Todd Clemens, 28, of Silverton, Idaho, was arrested for driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and under 3 ounzes of marijuana. Mr. Clemens is being held without bail.
