KPD Roll Call 4/17-4/25

- Called to the Amy Lynn’s for a disturbance. Walked in to find two females yelling at each other. One said she could be there and the other said that she could not. I was able to put an end to the dispute quite quickly as one of the females had a warrant. Arrested female for her warrant. Peace restored.

- Missing 10-year female reported. Parents located her at a friend’s house.

- Blight issues ongoing on third street.

- Custodial issues at the Middle school. Cleared peace restored.

- Tonight fecal matter hit the rotating air deflector. Started the night out with a stolen vehicle at SMC. The red SMC work truck was stolen. It was later found in Mullan and the driver (who K-73, and deputies dealt with throughout the day) was arrested.

- Domestic at 100 block of Presley Ave. It turned out to be verbal and parties were separated.

- Two bank alarms at Wells Fargo. Both interior motion alarms. Cleared building secured. Both times the key holder could not be reached, however both doors were secured.

- While on the bank alarm, I observed a white cavalier sling shot from W. Portland onto Main street and proceeded to accelerate to a high rate of speed. I was out of my vehicle and flagged the driver down using my flashlight. Upon contact I suspected DUI. I proceeded to conduct SFST’s and the driver failed resulting in her arrest.

- Got Water??

- Thanks to the Water District for working hard on getting the water back.

- Vin inspection on elder.

- A found bike was dropped off at the PD. Mongoose Mt Bike.

- Nice to see the sun two days in a row.

- Responded to a voicemail regarding a call that happened in October. Request for charges sent to prosecutor.

- Called to suspicious person in the area of Amy Lynn’s. Cleared unfounded.

- Patrolled Kellogg and Wardner.

- Normal lock up of the City Park, Skate Park, and Cemetery.

- Mobile patrols in Kellogg and Wardner.

- Ran paperwork to court with K71 (also met with 661 to discuss firearms quals).

- Traffic stop 51 Eastbound on-ramp (violation W. Mullan and Helen) citation for expired registration 10-31-2016.

- Follow-up on vandalism from last month - no new information collected.

- Parking citation 100 block of W. Cameron - voided it out as the sidewalk is incorrect as it shows vehicle is in parking stall per roadway.

- Statement for K71 is ready. Upon arrival, it was not a statement and all items were left for K71 for Monday (per his request).

- Notified by county they were flagged down by passer-by - welfare check on males at the side of Stein’s. Three subjects contacted. After they were allowed to leave, contacted by management. One of the males was requested to be trespassed from Stein’s.

- Traffic stop on Cameron @ Price (once vehicle finally came to a stop). Verbal for speed, maintaining lane of travel and entering traffic safely.

- Traffic stop @ pool parking lot for obstructed license plate. Gave information on proper documentation for 3rd party purchase of vehicle. Verbal all the way around.

- Parking ticket issued on Division @ 51 on-ramp for parking in yellow.

- Parking issue 400 block of W. Portland - contacted parties moving into residence, advised to move off roadway - vehicle moved, issue resolved.

- Possible missing person from 300 block of W. Portland - information relayed to oncoming shift at shift end. Person located.

- Traffic stop on W Cameron for broken headlight. Cleared verbal.

- Traffic stop on Hill St for stop sign violation. Cleared verbal.

- Called to 401 W Portland for noise complaint 3x’s. Cleared verbal warning/ unfounded.

- Dog at large S. Division. I contacted dog owner and warned them about the dog wandering in the street.

- Stationary/foot patrol Silver Mountain Base for Leadman.

- Petit theft 500 block of Main Wardner. Report taken. Later notified the item was not stolen, but misplaced by another party. Item recovered and report updated/closed as unfounded lost/found property.

- Landline request CPOR violation - incident unfounded, report completed for documentation/future reference.

- Assisted 1226 with vehicle crash on I-90 MP 51. Driver fled the scene and has a felony warrant. We were unable to locate the suspect.

- Traffic stop on W McKinley, cleared verbal.

- Traffic stop on W Cameron, cleared verbal.

- Mobile patrols of Kellogg and Wardner.

- Malicious Injury to Property (Vandalism) 400 block of W. Riverside. Report taken and extra patrol request initiated.

- Traffic control - Assist Fire with CO2 alarm @ McDonald’s - block entrance/exit of driveway.

- Overdue person. Adult female has missing work the last two days and not returning text messages to her friends. Her boyfriend was reported to be possibly up Bigcreek camping in his truck. I had a ATL and put out for her and county was going to go look up Bigcreek. Female was located. She was code 4.

- Neighborhood dispute over blight. Ongoing issue.

- Walking business checks of main and McKinley.

- In the wee hours of the night there was radio silence, not even a county call.

- Extra patrol around the construction sites.

- Parking complaint on Mission Ave. Vehicle and car trailer blocking driveway. Parking citation issued as the owner of the vehicle could not be found at the time of the call.

- Assisted county on a possible man with a fire arm threatening a repo man. Turned out to be not the case cleared agency assist.

- Passed by Eddie Joes last night and discovered a “man down” called for medical. Individual was severely intoxicated and lying face down in her own vomit. EMS transported. I cleared public assist.
