•09:48 EMS crews responded for a 73 year old man with low oxygen saturation levels and altered mental status. Patient was showing signs of a possible heart attack. Patient was transported to Shoshone Medical Center for further evaluation.
•13:18 EMS crews responded to Sam’s for an elderly female who was vomiting. Patient was transported to Shoshone Medical Center for further evaluation.

•11:01 EMS responded to Residence Street in Wallace for a lift assist. While en route dispatch advised EMS to cancel response because the lift assist was no longer needed. All units returned to quarters.
•15:00 Fire and EMS responded to a vehicle accident involving a pickup and trailer, I-90 MP 34. Steam from the accident was mistaken for smoke no fire present, the patient refused medical care.
•15:22 Medical crews responded to Polaris Street in Osburn for a possible medical emergency. Medical was canceled by law enforcement who were on scene and reported that there was no emergency found. The 911 call had been texted to the dispatch center by a child and was a false call.

•16:18 Fire and EMS responded to I-90 Mile Post 50.5 for a vehicle vs semi, unknown injury accident. No patient or semi was found with the wrecked vehicle.
•16:40 EMS crews responded to Good Samaritan Home for a patient with abdominal pain. Crews assessed, treated, and transported patient to SMC for further treatment.

•10:11 Fire Responded to McDonald for a malfunctioning alarm. No problem was found other than crews becoming hungry!
•13:20 EMS crews responded to Jackass Creek area of Pinehurst for an ATV accident. One patient was assessed for injuries and left in the care of his riding partners after refusing further medical treatment. Be careful riding and make smart decisions starting with a helmet.
•14:03 Fire and EMS crews responded to Wright Rd for a patient with an esophageal obstruction. The patient was assessed and decided to transport to Kootenai Health in a personal vehicle.
•20:35 MVC in the Osburn are for a vehicle vs. building. Only injuries were to the building. Crews helped secure scene safety and cleared scene. Glad everyone was okay.

•05:50 EMS crews responded to Silverton for patient with a possible diabetic problem. On scene, responders determined that the problem was not diabetic in nature; helped patient get her home oxygen back on and requested she ride with us to the hospital. Treated, transported to SMC.
•11:07 EMS responded to Bank St. in Wallace for a female who had hurt her ankle while descending stairs. Crew treated and transported to SMC.
•12:40 EMS crews dispatched to Smelterville for unknown medical. Patient was assessed and treated. Patient was transported to Shoshone Medical Center for further evaluation and treatment.
•14:04 EMS responded to Seventh Street in Silverton for a patient who had fallen. Crew treated and transported to SMC.
•15:45 EMS crew responded to Burke Rd for a possible diabetic emergency. Crew had to force entry in order to make contact with unresponsive patient. Sorry about your door bro... Treated and transported to SMC.
•17:52 EMS crew responded to Mullan for a patient who had fallen. Poor guy had just had brain surgery. We hope you get to feeling better soon. Crew treated and transported to SMC.

•01:09 Fire and EMS crews responded for a man down, unconscious in front of Eddie Joe’s in Kellogg. Patient stated that it was her birthday and was treated for her condition. She was then transported to SMC for further care. Happy Birthday!
•05:52 Fire and EMS responded to a residence on Chestnut area of Kellogg for a female who was sick. Patient was assessed and treated prior to transport to SMC by ambulance.
•13:56 EMS crew responded to Burke Rd. area in Wallace for a male patient who needed assistance getting into his vehicle so he can go to the hospital.
•17:18 Fire and EMS responded to Commerce Drive in the Smelterville area for a patient with an ankle injury. The patient was assessed and transported to SMC for further evaluation.
•18:32 EMS crew responded to Burke Rd. area in Wallace for a male patient who needed assistance getting out of his vehicle and into his residence.
•18:38 Fire & EMS responded to Mullan Ave in Kellogg for a male patient with chest and abdominal pain. Patient was treated before being transported to SMC.

•08:49 Fire crew began responding to commercial fire alarm in Wallace but were cancelled before leaving the station.
•11:21 EMS crew responded to Burke Rd. area in Wallace for a male patient who needed assistance getting into his vehicle so he can go to the hospital… again.
•19:24 Back to Burke... EMS crew responded to Burke Rd area. in Wallace for a male patient who needed assistance getting out of his vehicle and into his residence.
•23:29 Well that makes 5! EMS crew responded to Burke Rd. area in Wallace for a male patient who needed assistance getting up after falling off his couch.
Both fire districts are finishing up with their EMT and Advanced EMT classes being taught by Shoshone Co. EMS Corp. Wish the students luck as testing for both classes is next week!
