Shawn Latimer, 25, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for less than 3 ounzes of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to maintain insurance, providing false information to an officer and failing to appear. Cash bail was set in the amount of $1480.

Todd Clemens, 28, of Silverton, Idaho, was arrested for driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and under 3 ounzes of marijuana. Mr. Clemens is being held without bail.

Jonathan Simmons, 34, of Pinehurst, IDaho, was arrested for violating his probation, possession of a controlled substance, possesion of marijuana, two counts of possesion of drug paraphernalia and providing false information to an officer. Cash Bail was set in the amount of $1000.

Denice Ruggles,31, of Kallispell, Montana, was arrested for driving without priviledges and possession of a controlled substance. Bail Status is unknown.

Jesse Mock, 36, of Hayden Lake, Idaho, was arrested for battery. Cash bail was set in the amount of $300.00
