A summary of the principal provisions of the Proposed Transfer and Dissolution Plan are as follows: The West Silverton Sewer District will take all necessary steps to execute documents to effectuate a transfer of assets belonging to WSSD to the South Fork Coeur d'Alene Sewer District, which will assume the sewer responsibilities of the WSSD for those citizens and properties included in its District. Upon execution of the transfer documents, the WSSD will take action to dissolve, and all properties within its sewer district will be managed by the South Fork Coeur d'Alene Sewer District pursuant to the terms of an approved transfer Agreement.
