Scott Randall Knapp, 48

Scott Randall Knapp, 48, of Mullan, Idaho passed away on August 10, 2017 at Kootenai Health in Coeur d’Alene. He was born on January 29, 1969 in St. Maries, Idaho; Scott was the son of James and Ramona (Lewis) Knapp.

Scott grew up in Mullan and graduated from Mullan High School. He worked in construction and most recently worked in fracking in the oil and gas business.

Scott enjoyed hunting, camping, fishing and snowmobiling. He also loved hanging out with his grandkids.

He is survived by his father, Jim Knapp of Mullan; his daughter Brittany Knapp (Milo Sager) of Pinehurst; his son Ricky Knapp of Utah; his sister Cheryl (Tim) Rehfield of Yakima, Washington; his brother Richard (Rachel) Knapp of Mullan; his grandchildren Elijah Matthew, Annalee Marie, and Kaylee Rose Knapp; his aunts Sarah Duncan, Vicki Lewis and Elda Brown; and her grandmother Lois Lewis. Scott was preceded in death by his mother Ramona Knapp; grandfather Roy Lewis; and his cousins William and Leandra Baldwin.

Cremation will take place and private family services will be held at a later date.
