KMS registration set for Tuesday

KELLOGG— Registration for the 2017-18 school year will be held on Tuesday, August 22nd from 9-11 a.m., 1-2 p.m., and 5-7 p.m. in the gym of the new KMS building (formerly Sunny Side Elementary).

This registration is for all new and returning 6th-8th grade students.

Please bring a copy of your updated shot records to registration.

Students who do not have their immunization records up-to-date will not be allowed to pick up their schedules.

All incoming 7th graders are reminded that they are required to show proof of receiving their TDAP booster and meningococcal immunizations.

Heritage Health will be present at registration on August 22nd to administer needed immunizations.

Students will be able to sign up for Fall sports and purchase any of the items listed below during the registration day.

The activity card and transportation fee are required for students participating in athletics, Lego League and History Day.

The yearbook fee is optional.

Transportation Fee- $10

Yearbook- $20

If you are unable to attend the scheduled registration day, please call the KMS office at 784-1311 after August 15th to schedule a different time.
