SMC requested to have an officer present while patient was there. K73 remained until subject checked himself out. Said male was asked to leave the hospital prior to his “heart attack” for causing a scene while trying to visit a patient that did not want him there and thought that this was a good way to get back into the hospital. As soon as he found out it was not going to work he left.

•Suspicious person 400 block of Bunker at Bunker apartments. Report of a female that seemed “out of it”. When finding out more information, he wanted to sign a citation, but did not know who was driving and could not identify other than gender. Advised County could still come out, but the possibility of citation being issued was very minimal. He was not happy about it, but when he described what took place, he wanted charges for Reckless Driving on the passenger of the vehicle. Needless to say he still contacted the Sheriff’s Office and wanted to speak to them. Referred to other agency.

•Disturbance 600 block of Upper 3rd. Citation for Disturbing the Peace was issued for the 2nd day now. Ensured the dates to contact the courts were the same and citation was signed (along with statement received) without further issue. Report taken.

•Rolled up on what appeared to be a verbal dispute taking place in 200 block of W. Mullan.

•Cleared, peace restored.

•Parking questions that were referred to Zoning and/or administration for the location of the parking. Non-issue at this time as it was not a complaint, but a question on whether or not someone could park in a certain location. Sounds like there is permission granted by property owner, but the question was more of the fact that they are work vehicles in an area not zoned for business. Gave information on whom to contact to get actual answers for that.

•Called to an adult male the that has two felony warrants and that we have actively looking for this past week. It was reported that he just left a house uptown and was seen running “to the woods” K73 responded and found him walking up an old dirt road above Presley Avenue. K73 sped up and jumped out of his patrol vehicle and yelled “stop police” which surprisingly did not seem to work. Said adult male started running back down the hill toward Presley Avenue again. K73 gave chase, falling down the hill more than running down it. Said male jumped down off an 8-foot wall into a yard and continued to run towards Presley Avenue with K73 still giving chase (About 5 minutes prior to this K73 had asked K72 to come up to Presley Avenue but he was not told why.) The running man runs out in to the street and runs right in front of K72 and immediately puts up his hands. Now K72 has no clue who this is, why he is running, or now putting his hands up till K73 comes running from the side of the house yelling get him. Running man at this point decides that now might be a good time to quit running and lays on the ground. Good choice, running man, good choice.
