CULVER, Floyd Elmer, 91, of Smelterville, died Nov. 21, 2017, at Shoshone Medical Center in Kellogg. Born Dec. 19, 1925, in Spokane, Wash. Memorial services and a celebration of Floyd’s life will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 8, 2017, at Cornerstone Christian Fellowship Church in Osburn, with Rev. Cody Karst and Rev.
