•Stolen firearm 200 block of W. Mullan Ave. - report taken for lost property. Firearm entered NCIC as lost (last seen approximately 2 years ago).

•Attempt to locate wanted subject at various locations in Kellogg - unable to locate.

•Civil paper service - served x2.

•Landline request regarding ongoing investigation - information collected. Citizen contact regarding ongoing investigation - information collected.

•Missing/overdue person 300 block of E. Idaho - subject returned while gathering information. Unfounded.

•Assist county with traffic stop in Smelterville - possible wanted person. Cleared upon arrival (subject was not in the vehicle).

•Reports/evidence.

•Patrol of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Dispatched to 300 block E Idaho for missing mother. Upon arrival, mother got home just after K74 and myself did.

•Arrested an adult male on his Felony warrant.

•Traffic stop in the 500 block of McKinley Ave., no lights on- Clear verbal.

•Called to the 700 block of McKinley Ave. for an injured child, He had a meat thermometer in his foot... yup you read that right. A meat thermometer. Cleared Assist medical.

•Called to the area of Helen and Mullan for a Pig at large- yes, a pig and not the one’s in blue. A real pig. Didn’t find it, turned out the pig had made its way back to the owner.

•T-stop on 200 block Main St Wardner for a non-working tail light. Cleared verbal.

•T-stop on 3000 block of McKinley Ave. for speed. Cleared verbal.

•T-stop on Bunker Ave. in front of KMS for white light emitting from tail light. Cleared verbal.

•Mobile and stationary patrols of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Follow-up on active cases.

•Report of a subject with a felony warrant in the 100 block of E. Portland. Prior to arriving, dispatch stated the warrant had been taken care of and is no longer valid - Canceled.

•Noise complaint 100 block of E. Portland. Ongoing neighbor issue. Noise described was not determined to be excessive or unlawful (moving chairs). Did not respond, no further complaints. This has been an ongoing issue and management is aware of the issue.

•Assisted medical at 400 block Bunker Ave. Cleared other agency assist.

•Patrolled Kellogg and Wardner.

•Called to SMC for a woman making threats at the doctors, she just got out of jail from K75’s charge...

•Stop arm violation.

•Assisted county with a male that “wasn’t all there” according to witnesses- Cleared other agency assist.

•Lots of phone time follow-up on active cases.

•Patrols of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Assist county with locating subject that was possibly trying to break-in to a residence in the Elk Creek area. He was located in front of the Transfer station and county handled.

•Report of found property near the intersection of Bunker and Hill. Located a very large backpack with items identifying the possible owner. Went to all hotels/motels and even checked Dave Smith for the name to see if the person was a customer. Unable to locate owner - property stored in evidence. Report will be completed at a later time as the property was returned to owner.

•Report of a pedestrian in the roadway in the 3000 block of McKinley. K72 located and the male walked off. After discussing for a bit, determined he needed to be found and talked with. County located subject at the Mill in Smelterville. After contacting subject, he was found to be the person that lost the property I had just located. Retrieved all his property and returned it (minus the items seized for destruction). He was provided transport to Wallace for a night’s stay in a hotel (no, not jail). He was also provided temporary ID as he lost his in order to pay for the hotel. Public Assist.

•Report of juveniles playing “ding and ditch” in the 300 block of Main in Wardner. Spoke with RP and he gave directions to a residence. The residence in question do not have juveniles living or staying there. Unable to locate said juveniles at this time.

•Patrol of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Dispatched to 500 W Mission about a juvenile party. Cleared unfounded.

•Talked to a man taking pictures of some homes. He was the owner’s photographer. A certain female that we have had contact with recently was there to voice her concerns.

•Patrol of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Report of stolen Newspapers, Well, stolen newspapers inside the vending machine that they are put in. I’m guessing that Mr. newspaper thief wanted some extra copies of the Roll Call. Report Taken.

•T-stop on Mullan and Hill St. for one headlight. Cleared verbal.

•T-stop on Hill St. under I90 overpass for failing to stop before exiting a parking lot.

•Dispatched to 100 block East Riverside for welfare check/ possible domestic, parties were gonna separate for the night. Cleared public assist.

•Dispatched to 10 block East Mission for vehicle speeding up and down the street. cleared unable to locate.

•Dispatched to 200 block e Portland for domestic not in progress. Cleared arrest for domestic battery.

•10-2 SKOL!

•Assist K72 with domestic on 200 block of E Portland.

•Assist K72 with welfare check on 100 Block E Riverside.

•Assist county with verbal domestic in Smelterville.

•Patrolled Kellogg and Wardner.

•Called to a potential fraud at the liquor store- cleared wasn’t fraud but was another issue. Just a heads up if your underage don’t give your debit card to someone over 21 to buy your booze. Report taken.

•Traffic stop on the 50 on ramp for equipment- Clear verbal.

•Fight at the fair bridge this morning, K75 assisted as it was right when he was getting off this morning- parties were separated peace restored.

•Provided a courtesy ride to the Cameron Conoco.

•Assist county up Elk Creek for suspicious person/ unwanted person.

•H&W Assist on Railroad Ave. Cleared Assist.

•Follow up for Postfalls PD on a stolen bike case. Cleared Assist.

•Abandoned vehicle paper work for Nickerson’s.

•Extra patrols at requested areas.

•County assist for active physical domestic. Cleared other agency assist.

•Attempted civil paper service - no answer

•Hit and run in Yoke’s parking lot. Description of vehicle leaving is older (maybe Ford) dark blue with silver stripe down the side. Believed to have Kootenai plates with only 3 numbers. Male driver wearing a dark coat and possibly in his 40’s. After reviewing video of customers in the store, this looks to be nearly every male in the store around that time. I believe there would be little to no damage on the suspect vehicle as it looks like it was the bumper that began pushing into the grille, then bent the hood of the car. Report taken.

•Verbal domestic 300 block of W. Mission - nothing physical per both sides and nothing indicating otherwise. Parties separated and report taken. Both given DV pamphlets.

•Called to 300 block of Mission Ave. for verbal domestic. Verbal only. Parties were separated. Cleared report taken.

•Called to I-90 overpass MP 49 for distressed person. Appeared a woman was walking under the bridge and appeared to be freezing. Upon my arrival I discovered our favorite transient. He was ok and wanted to be left alone.
