01:27 EMS responded to 4th St. in osburn for a patient who had fallen and received head trauma. Crew treated, patient did not wish to be transported to SMC.

01:32:00 Fire and EMS responded to Kingston for a male with an unknown injury.

10:04:00 Responded to report of natural gas leak on 4th Street Pinehurst. Nothing was found, Avista notified.

13:12:00 Responded to female having seizures in Smelterville. Treated and transported to SMC by ambulance

00:42:00 Shoshone County Fire District 2 responded to W Mullan for a life alert activation. Patient was uninjured and required no assistance. Life alert was activated on accident.

06:25:00 Responded to male with breathing issues in Smelterville. He was transported by ambulance to SMC

17:30 EMS and Fire crews responded to non injury, single vehicle MVC. The car was in a ditch and was pulled out by good samaritans. The driver was wearing a seatbelt.

23:31:00 Report of a medical on Bunker Ave. One person was taken to SMC by ambulance

10:05 EMS crews respond to Wallace outskirts for a fall with an eye injury. EMS crews arrived and assessed the PT and Pt stated that she did not want to go by ambulance to the hospital. EMS crews cleared.

11:20 EMS responded to 7th St. in Silverton for a patient experiencing chest pain. Crew treated and transported to SMC.

19:17:00 Shoshone Fire District 2 dispatched to Dave Smith for an active fire alarm. False alarm caused by faulty smoke detector.

23:14:00 Dispatched to Pine Creek for a assault. Female patient was treated at scene and transported to SMC by ambulance.

09:37:00 Dispatched to a resident house with a life alert issue. Resident informed of how the device worked all fire department personnel clear and returned to quarters.

02:13:00 Dispatched to Wal-mart for a medical call. Patient had a friend drive them to the hospital before fire personnel arrived on scene.
