0213 Dispatched to Walmart for a medical call. Patient had a friend drive them to the hospital before fire personnel arrived on scene.

12/07/17

0847 Fire and EMS responded to Pine Creek for a lift assist.

1051 EMS crews respond to Silver Hills Elementary for a student having an asthma attack. EMS crews arrived to find the kid fine and wondering if we have any stickers or Fireman Hats. EMS crews cleared and the PT Mother took him to SMC.

1553 EMS crews respond to Mullan for a 2yo male having a seizure. EMS crews treated and transported him to SMC for higher care.

0320 EMS crews respond to Silverton for a man having difficulty breathing. EMS crews treated and transported to SMC. See Percs for full report.

0933 EMS crews respond to Mullan for a possible stroke. EMS crews arrive and loaded and transported the Pt to SMC for further care.

1628 Dispatched to chimney fire. Fire was extinguished wood stove was cleaned out.

1700 Dispatched for a male with facial trauma at Silver Valley Tire. Patient refused treatment and transport

1838 Fire and EMS crews responded to the Kellogg High School for a patient injured while wrestling

0243 Fire and EMS responded to the three hundred block of Brown St. for a male who fell and injured his head. Patient was assessed and patient refused transport to Shoshone Medical Center

0300 EMS crews respond to Wallace for a fall. PT was treated and transported to SMC for care.

0306 EMS crews respond to Silverton for a GI Bleed. EMS crews arrive and have to dodging blood vomit during the Pt care. Pt treated and transported to SMC for further care.

0617 EMS responded to knuckles Gulch for a patient not feeling well, crew treated and transported to SMC.

0759 EMS responded to Lower Rio Vista for a patient having a difficult time breathing, crew treated and transported to SMC.

1252 Fire and EMS responded to Pinehurst for a female patient who had fallen. The patients’ injuries were assessed and she decided that she did not wish to go to the hospital. She did have an issue with her television that the crew happily fixed for her.

1336 EMS responded to 3rd St. in Mullan for a patient not feeling well. Crew treated and transported to SMC.

1726 Fire and EMS responded to Smelterville for a male with chest pain. The patient was taken to SMC for treatment.

2009 Fire and EMS crews responded to I-90 Mile Post 35 for a reported unknown injury vehicle accident. Crews found a vehicle on its side with three occupants. Two patients were trapped and were extricated from the vehicle. Two patients were transported to Kootenai Health the third patient was a fatality.

2027 EMS responded to M.P. 35 I90 for a motor vehicle crash. Crew assisted in extrication and patient care. KCFR transported to patient to KMC.

0820 EMS crews responded to Osburn for a medical transport to SMC.

0914 EMS crews responded to Mullan for a patient that had fallen. Upon assessment of the patient, EMS crews advised the patient to go to SMC for further evaluation due concern. EMS crews transported the patient.

0209 EMS crews were dispatched to Wallace for a lift assist.

0842 Fire crews responded to Panhandle Linen for a report of smoke showing. Upon arrival, crews found steam from the boiler and no smoke.

0924 Crews responded to the 200 block of West Mullan Ave. in Kellogg for a reported fall. Arrived to assist patient to their feet. Patient was assessed and vital signs were taken. Patient refused transport to the hospital by ambulance. Crews cleared and then returned to quarters.

1027 Fire and EMS responded to Nevada Street in Pinehurst for a female who had fallen at an unknown time. After chatting with the occupant at the residence, it was determined to be a miscommunication between her and the caller.

2044 EMS and Fire crews respond to MP 63 for a tractor trailer rollover. EMS crews tried to treat the Pt on scene but unfortunately the Pt was deceased.

2113 Dispatched to Bunker Ave for a medical call. Patient assessed and

transported to Shoshone Medical Center for further evaluation and treatment.

1000 EMS crews respond to MP 64 for a MVC EMS crews arrived to find the pt fine and in no need for EMS crews. EMS crews cleared.
