•Hitchhikers being aggressive to oncoming traffic at freeway entrance 51

•Got a couple traffic stops, both for no lights on.

•Mobile patrols in Kellogg.

•A golden retriever changed his mind about renting a room at the Fairbridge inn, so the manager wanted him to be taken into custody. Transported the cooperative, yet indecisive, K9 to our K9 jail.

•I noticed a cow elk was hanging out at the catholic church, I thought to myself Holy Cow!

•Paperwork.

•Updated H&W about injury to child case.

•A lady slipped on a snow berm, helped said lady back up.

•Reported Domestic On Mullan Ave. Cleared peace restored.

•Assisted county with stolen vehicle on commerce drive. Once another deputy arrived I cleared.

•Trespassed a Adult male from Mountain Health Care. He's bipolar and gets anxiety attacks. He got into it with the doc about not getting the medication he wants and said he wants to kidnap a doctor and torture them so he gets taken seriously. The doc then told him to leave and he did so without incident. Said adult male was also trespassed from Mountain Health.

•H&W home visit on the 100 block of W. Mullan, negative contact.

•Helped ID a dog in our pound. Owner sent a friend to ID the dog and will be returning to pick it up.

•Advised a lady to contact the SCSO about a civil issue occurring in Pinehurst.

•Attempted to locate Francis Hanson again to do a PC assessment but we weren't able to find him.

•Warning to a Dave Smith runner about “having fun” on the ice while transporting a dually.

•Vehicle accident in Sunnyside Drug park lot, information was exchanged Cleared NAT.

•Welfare check at 800 block of Portland Ave on male who threatened a Dr. at Mt. health, was trespassed. County Assist.

•Welfare check at 700 block of Mullan, still negative contact.

•Call to Amy Lynn apart about vehicle with bright lights on the roof of car shining lights into peoples apartments, verbal.

•Received dog at pound for county.

•Mobile patrols in Kellogg and Wardner.........man is it cold out or what???

•Extra patrols per requests......yep still cold.

•More patrols throughout the streets........not cold enough to keep the wildlife out of town, they are everywhere! Tip for residents: WE KNOW THERE ARE ANIMALS IN TOWN.

Unlike most people that take part in criminal activity, they do not care that we are there watching them.

•Office paperwork, evidence prep, forms folder prep for vehicle(s). Update some forms.

•Called to Silver Mountain for two intoxicated guests being confrontational to staff on top of silver Mt. RP called to advise law enforcement they might drive. I spoke with them, they have been verbally trespassed from Silver Mt. properties.

•Called to 411 Bunker Ave for a battery, cleared cite and release.

•Another cold night indeed. Mobile and stationary patrols in Kellogg and Wardner.

•Went out with ISP on 2 traffic stops (cleared before even checking out as he was good).

•Assist Pinehurst with possible juvenile runaway (see if there is anyone to track down in Kellogg - not that we could find this evening). This was done mostly in-house and NOT in the city of Pinehurst. Of all the phone calls placed by PPD, none led back to Kellogg/Wardner. ATL later broadcast after being signed runaway - details below.

•Extra patrols per requests.

•Two wheel drive truck stuck above Wardner. Vehicle removed.

•SNOW!!!!...go away...

•Big Ugly's hood was up so I conducted a welfare check and turns out K73 was jumping starting her.

•Landline to KPD of parking complaint on 300 block of Elm, owners of vehicles were contacted and moved vehicles without incident. cleared public assist.

•Vacant building on Presley Ave. Myself and K76 cleared the building nothing to report. Cleared building secured.

•Animal complaint 600 block S. Division for neglected dogs. dogs had shelter, food, water and heated beds. cleared unfounded.

•Ummm, yeah.... more snow.

•Mobile and stationary patrols in Kellogg and Wardner. Most of the stationary was done talking with people at various locations. Surprisingly, the roads aren't bad, just covered in snow.

•Landline request to SCSO. Received information from person in Seattle in reference to someone possibly making 'threatening type behavior' via facebook. The person's last known location was in Kellogg (unknown and nothing in-house, nor in-state). Was able to track down a friend that confirmed subject lives in Montana - Referred to other agency.

•Disturbance at Silver Mountain. Believed to be a domestic, turned out not to be a domestic. Two males fought with one another. Neither wanted to pursue charges. Alcohol was involved. Two couples staying in one room. One couple taken across the street so they could all have less alcohol when the speak in the morning (they traveled together). Parties separated and peace restored. Notified Silver Mountain of damage done to the room and they will be billed accordingly. This was lengthy due to three different locations for four people.

•Suspicious circumstances at Longshot. Spoke with persons at Longshot and received information on 'sketchy' person(s) possibly in the area. Notified Deputies of the description as well. UTL

•Parking complaint at Cameron Conoco. Registered owner of vehicle (broke down) notified and he was in the process of moving it. Public Assist.

•Parking ticket issued on Main in Wardner.

•Released dog from doggy jail.

•Agency Assist for possible suicidal subject in Smelterville everything was code 4 cleared other agency assist.

•Tagged a vehicle for 48- inhibiting snow removal on Ohio.

•Landline request cleared public assist.

•Welfare check- negative contact.

•Marked vehicle in Kellogg City parking lot for 48 hour removal.

•Malicious injury to property to a 2007 Toyota Tacoma truck in Silver Mt park lot

•Public Assist call for a woman who wanted us to come shovel her entire driveway. Advised her to call the sheriff's department to see if the Sheriff's Labor program could assist her.

•Received a call about a multiple vehicle slideoff on Division by the post office. The only car that was there was a blue Saturn Ion. Called to have the Public works crew come out and poor some gravel on the roads.

•Bob did his first report....(and killed it).

•Called to Lower Page road for a hit and run involving a county road crew vehicle. Cleared report taken. County Assist.

•Report of overdue person via landline. Was last seen at the St. Ritas church for a funeral service around 12:30. Last time he contacted RP was approximately 2am stating he was safe and okay. I looked around the silver mountain parking lot, Fair Bridge, Silver Horn, and the Trail Motel for his vehicle. was unable to locate.

•Follow up on battery case from Thursday.

•Tagged two vehicles on Mill Ave for 48 hour snow removal.

•Received call for info on the vehicle that hit one of the county snow plow trucks. Chris Penson who drives a grey/black dodge 1500 will be coming in to fill out a statement on 02/06 at 4 p.m.

•The Chief gave Bob the keys to his patrol vehicle and the Sgt. actually let him drive. Yeah.. Bob's not ready to challenge Dale Earnhardt Jr any time soon.

•Responded twice to Silver Mountain both for noise complaints, cleared both calls peace restored.

•Motorist assist at Cameron and Hill street. Cleared public assist.

•Found someone reaching into a car on E. Market, decided to do a stop and talk. turned out to be the registered owner. Cleared.

•Extremely quiet I'm guessing due to the two feet of slush (exaggeration, but not by much).
