STATE TIMBER SALE CR300633, OMEGA EDDY OSR TON A public oral auction will be conducted at the Idaho Department of Lands office, 1806 Main Avenue, St. Maries, ID 83861, at 11:00 a.m. local time, on Thursday, January 19, 2017 for an estimated 11,337 tons of timber, marked or otherwise designated for cutting. In addition, there is an unestimated volume of forest products that may be removed at the option of the purchaser. Prior to bidding, eligible bidders shall present a certified check or bank draft payable to Treasurer, State of Idaho, or a bid bond acceptable to the State, in the amount of $47,806.79 which is 10% of the appraised net sale value of $478,067.89. TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE Reference is made to that certain trust deed made by John A Barr II, a married man, as his sole and separate property, as grantor, to Pioneer Title as trustee, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for Amerigroup Mortgage Corporation a Division of Mortgage Investors Corporation, its successors and assigns as beneficiary, dated February 26, 2013, recorded March 4, 2013, in the mortgage records of Shoshone County, Idaho, as Document No. 471601, and assigned to Freedom Mortgage Corporation by assignment recorded on August 22, 2016 in the records of Shoshone County, Idaho, as Document No. 486201, covering the following described real property situated in said county and state, to wit: LOTS 3 AND 4 IN BLOCK 1 OF IVES ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF MURRAY, SHOSHONE COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO.
