Dear USW Local 5114 Food Pantry,

When I received notice that the Union started a food bank I was very interested and nervous because I have never used a food bank before. When we were given our box of food I was quickly humbled and blessed. My children were welcomed instantly and provided with treats while we waited for our box of food. I have been to the food pantry 5 weeks now and it feels like family as their support and willingness to serve our families has put a gratitude in our heart for all Union members involved. On the last visit I was asked, “Is this helping you?” YES! Everyday yes, and we feel the true meaning of the word blessed, many times over. To the USW local 5114 Food Pantry thank you with all our heart. For those who have not taken the opportunity to allow the Union to help you, please visit the Pantry on Cedar Street in Wallace Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
