- “Build A Better World” Summer Reading Program at the Osburn Library. Ages 7-10, Wednesday, 6/14 to 7/12 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Ages 11 & up from 3 to 4:00 p.m. Join us for reading, crafts, model building and prizes.

Thursday, June 15

- Shoshone County Weed Warriors present Free Spray Days from 3:300 to 6:30 p.m. Learn about noxious weeds and have your spray tanks filled at no charge up to three gallons for up to one acre of coverage. cross from the former Pinehurst RV on Division in Pinehurst. - Pinochle game at the Kellogg Senior Center from 12 to 2 p.m. Event repeats every Thursday.

- Free soup feed at Mountain View Congregational from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Repeats the third Thursday of every month.

Friday, June 16

- Live jazz music with Jim Myers at the Fainting Goat from 6 to 9 p.m., 516 Bank Street, Wallace.

- Live music at the Snake Pit. Enjoy Old Dogs/New Tricks from 7 to 9 p.m.

- Friday night dance at the Kellogg Senior Center from 7 to 10 p.m. every Friday. Music by Jerry and Faith.

- Free community movie night at Gene Day Park in Osburn. Movies will begin at dusk Friday and Saturday nights throughout the summer. Feel free to bring your lawn chairs, blankets and snacks – the evenings can get cool so bring your jacket. Bags of popcorn and snacks available for purchase also.

Saturday, June 17

- Live blues music with John Kelley at the Fainting Goat from 6 to 9 p.m., 516 Bank Street, Wallace.

- Stix & Stones Silver Mountain XC. Two days of hard enduro motorcycle racing on a specially built mountain course. Spectators can ride the chairlifts right over the action and watch these athletes cover some amazingly difficult terrain. Visit http://www.stixstonesoffroad.com for more information.
