Dancing at the Center of the Universe

The 54th annual Idaho State Square Dancing Festival was held in Wallace over the weekend. Over 250 dancers from all across the country and Canada took part in several special dances including dances at the Center of the Universe, as well as the Wallace Civic Auditorium and the Wallace Elks building. Organizer and Silver Valley resident Don McPeak said the event was terrific, saying that, “The City of Wallace received us very well and made us feel very welcome.
