- 05:46 EMS crews responded to Bank street in Wallace for dialysis patient needing transport to hospital. Patient was treated and transported to SMC.
- 16:09 Fire and EMS crews responded to the Yellowstone area of Osburn for a patient experiencing chest pain while being questioned by OPD. Patient was taken to SMC for testing and further treatment.
- 16:18 Fire and EMS crews responded to West bound I-90 near Kingston for a single car rollover accident. The driver of the vehicle removed himself from the wreckage. The patient sustained moderate injuries. The patient was transported to SMC for treatment.
June 15
- 08:31 Fire and EMS responded to 51707 Silver Valley road for a female who had fallen. The patient was treated and transported to Shoshone Medical Center.
- 14:00 Fire and EMS responded to W Cameron Ave near McDonalds for a cargo trailer on fire containing fireworks. Fire crews were able to quickly contain and extinguish the fire. All crews helped overhaul and clean up the firework debris on the street and sidewalk. After determining the scene was safe and cleaned up, all units were cleared.
- 16:31 Fire and EMS responded to a residence in Smelterville for a reported female having a seizure. The patient was assessed and treated for her seizures and then transported to SMC by ambulance.
- 19:43 EMS crews responded to the area of W. Yellowstone in Osburn for lift assist. Patient was assisted back to feet and refused transport to hospital.
June 16
- 03:13 Fire and EMS responded to a residence in Kingston for a reported female with an unknown illness. Patient was assessed and treated for her complaint of “something wrong.” She was then transported to SMC by ambulance.
- 03:30 EMS crews responded to the Silver Valley Rd. area of Osburn for a patient that fell and was experiencing pain in her hip. Patient was evaluated and transported to SMC for further testing and treatment.
June 17
- 01:03 Fire and EMS responded to 610 Bunker Ave for a female who was intoxicated and had fallen. Patient had no apparent injuries or illnesses and refused transportation.
- 12:11 Fire and EMS crews responded to 300 West Mullan in Osburn for a report of camper on fire. Fire and EMS arrived to find a motorhome fully involved, all occupants out. Crews quickly worked to extinguish the blaze and protect surrounding buildings. One patient was transported to SMC for burns to hands and arms.
- 13:29 Fire and EMS responded to Slaughterhouse Gulch in Wardner for a male patient who had been injured mountain biking on silver mountain. Patient refused care.
- 13:29 EMS crews responded to compressor district area for patient experiencing chest pain. Medical was canceled in route, patient being transported by private vehicle to hospital.
- 15:30 EMS crews responded to lookout parking lot to meet up with first aid responders. Female patient with possible concussion being transported from Hiawatha bike trail. Patient was treated by EMS and transported to SMC for further evaluation.

- 00:11 EMS crews responded to Cedar street in Wallace for transfer of patient from residence to Hospice House of North Idaho. Patient tried to enjoy a nice relaxing ride and take a nap... Except a pesty EMT was bothering her and taking vitals every 10 minutes.
June 19
- 10:05 EMS responded to Bank St. in Wallace for a patient who fell. EMS treated and transported to SMC.
- 11:05 Report of a controlled burn on North Bank Road in the Pinecreek area . The fire was found unattended, the fire was extinguished. Contact was made with the responsible person at a later time.
- 14:12 EMS responded to Bumblebee campground for a patient who injured their hip. Crew treated and transported to KMC.
- 18:04 Fire and EMS responded to Elk Creek for a female patient with diabetic complications. The patient was transported to SMC for further care.
- 22:11 Fire responded to a pickup and camp trailer crash on I-90 at mile post 34 for a propane tank that was leaking. The hazard was removed and the area ventilated prior to allowing traffic through.
June 20
- 05:59 Fire and EMS responded to MP 57 for a vehicle crash with extrication required. Fire and EMS extricated, treated, and transported patient to SMC.
- 17:07 EMS crews responded to the Good Samaritan House in Silverton for a patient whom had a seizure. Patient was treated on scene and transported to SMC for treatment and further medical attention.
- 18:08 EMS crews responded to the Good Samaritan House in Silverton for a patient experiencing stroke like symptoms. Patient was assessed and treated on scene and transported to Kootenai Health for further treatment.
June 21
- 01:48 EMS crews responded to Silver Valley Road, law enforcement requesting medical evaluation. Patient was evaluated and refused to be transported by ambulance.
- 09:14 EMS crews responded to Spunstrand in Wallace for a worker who fell from a ladder approx. 10 feet and suffered a broken leg. Patient was pretty tough for the amount of pain. Patient’s leg was stabilized to reduce movement and transported to SMC for x rays and treatment.
- 17:15 Fire and EMS crews responded to a vehicle in the water at the Cataldo boat launch. Assessed the situation and found no hazards. The vehicle was removed by a tow truck.
