- Brian Rickard, 51, of Spokane, Wash. was arrested for excessive driving under the influence, driving without privileges, failing to have ignition interlock, possessiong of less than three ounces of marijuana, and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

Saturday, March 4

- Tacy Pearce, 30, of Osburn, Idaho was arrested for excessive driving under the influence, having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle, and concealing a weapon under the influence. Total cash bail of $1,600 has been posted.

- Rebecca Rutledge, 33, of Silverton, Idaho was arrested for eluding an officer, obstructing or resisting an officer, driving under the influence, two counts of failing to appear, and having no vaild license. Total cash bail is set at $3,241.

Sunday, March 5

- Casey McGrath, 46, of Mullan, Idaho was arrested for domestic battery without traumatic injury. Bail is denied until court appearance.
