ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF KELLOGG, IDAHO PHASE 3 SANITARY SEWER AND ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT Sealed Bids for the construction of the Phase 3 Sanitary Sewer and Roadway Improvement Project will be received by the City of Kellogg at 1007 McKinley Avenue, Kellogg, ID, 83837, until 2:00 pm local time on May 31, 2017.
