Jesse Perkins, 36, of Kellogg, Idaho was arrested for eluding an officer, obstructing or resisting an officer, invalid license, reckless driving, and a felony parole violation.

Rebecca Rutledge, 34, of Rathdrum, Idaho, was arrested for a probation violation.
