As a neighbor and long-time acquaintance of David Sherman, I endorse his candidacy for mayor of Wallace in next Tuesday’s election.

Dave is a creative thinker, and has done much to serve our community by preserving our buildings and architecture, and his 10 years’ service on the Planning and Zoning Commission has demonstrated his commitment to a qualified stewardship of Wallace’s past and future.

I commend both candidates for running a clean campaign, but believe Dave’s fresh thinking would serve us well.
