Dorothy Marie Godfrey, 71

Dorothy Marie Godfrey, 71, of Silverton, Idaho, passed away November 4, 2017 at Kootenai Health of Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. She was born May 15, 1946 in Malta, Montana; Dorothy was the daughter of Raymond and Sylvia (Jones) Haugness.

Dorothy has been a resident of the Silver Valley for thirty years. She was a homemaker and had worked at the Conoco Station of Kellogg for several years.

Dorothy loved and enjoyed her family, crafts, technology and playing video games with her grandchildren.

Dorothy is survived by Walter Godfrey, whom she married on October 31, 1964; five children Tracey Godfrey of Montana, Traven Godfrey of Hamilton, Montana, Tammy Godfrey of Victor, Montana, Tara Godfrey and fiancé Michael Larson of Kellogg, Idaho, Tony and Tammy Godfrey of Red Springs, North Carolina; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters June and Glen Ledandoske of Hamilton, Montana; Jane and Ray Meyers of Bozeman, Montana; she is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents and her twin brothers Gary and Larry.

Cremation was held and Memorial Services will be held in Montana in the Spring of 2018.
