Notice of Public Hearing City of Pinehurst November 14, 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with Idaho Code 63-1311A, by the City of Pinehurst, Idaho that the Pinehurst City Council will meet at 6 p.m. on November 14, 2017 at the Pinehurst City Hall, 106 North Division Street, Pinehurst, Idaho to consider public comment regarding the institution of business license fees. The proposed fees are as follows: $10.00 annual business license $20.00 double permit fee for failure to comply with annual business licensing All interested persons are invited to appear and show cause, if any, why such items should or should not be adopted. Copies of the proposed fee schedule and resolution are available at City Hall during regular office hours. Pinehurst City Hall is accessible to persons with disabilities. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pinehurst Water District Board increases rates With the increasing cost of operations the Pinehurst Water District Board of Directors has voted to increase our rates of $5 for our residence, and $10 for our Commercial, Meter Gallonage rate will change to .85 cents. Finance charge and Hook up fees will not change at this time. The increase will go into effect starting January 1 2018. We will be holding a Public Hearing on November 21, 2017 at 6pm at the Lions Club Building 106 Church st for any comments or questions our customers have.
