Juanita Mae Eversole, 79

peacefully passed away Friday November 17, 2017 at Utah Valley regional Medical Center in Provo Utah.

She was born in Ferndale Washington September 1, 1938. She graduated high school in Wapato Washington and married Jim Eversole in 1957. They moved to the Silver Valley in 1964, where they resided until their divorce in 1981.

Juanita is survived by her children Donald Eversole (Patti) Dayton WA, Samuel Eversole (Roxann) Smelterville ID, Teresa Miner (Richard) Spanish Fork UT, Michael Eversole (Tammy) Pinehurst ID. Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A Celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
