Deven Joe Shultz, 22

Our beloved son, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend passed away in Spokane, Washington on November 13th, 2017 at Sacred Heart Medical Center. Deven was born on September 9th, 1995 to Sara Griner Orton and Jerry Shultz. Deven will be missed deeply by all who knew and loved him. His energy, laugh, and witty personality will never be forgotten. Deven is survived by his mother and stepfather, Sara and Jeremy Orton of Spokane, Washington, his father, Jerry Shultz of Thompson Falls, Montana, siblings Dakota, and Ashlyn, his grandparents, Mike and Roma Wuolle of Cataldo, Idaho, Ike Griner of Kellogg, Idaho, Danny and Della Shultz of Thompson Falls, Montana, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In honor of Deven we are asking for canned food donations and or can openers for the homeless. A celebration of life will be held all day on December 3rd at the North Division Quality Inn in Spokane. All are welcome to come and celebrate his amazing life short as it was. We want to hear your stories of him and just let you come love on us or be loved by us. We choose life! Though his life on earth has ended we will celebrate it and the everlasting life that he has received through our Lord and SAVIOR Jesus Christ.
