•Mobile patrols of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Possible phone harassment at Silver Mtn - advised how to go about current situation. If it continues, investigation will begin. Public Assist.

•Occupied motor vehicle in Gondolier parking lot - driver got tired and stopped to rest. NAT

•Citizen contact at City Park. Advised individual of the closing hours of the park. cleared NAT

•Patrol of School zones.

•Dispatched to Galena Ridge Road for a report of a shot being fired from the road towards the golf course. After arriving on scene, K72 was met by some people who saw the event happen and said the person who shot the rifle took off back down Galena Ridge Road prior to his arrival. K71 and K72 looked around for the vehicles and the same people who K72 spoke with ended up finding a phone that belonged to one of the people who were shooting their rifles. K71 ended up getting a hold of the phone owners relative and advised for him to have the male come speak with us at KPD. Cleared with a stern talking to by K71.

•Dispatched to the Gondolier for juveniles smoking cigarettes. Juveniles were gone upon arrival. Cleared UTL.

•Meeting with prosecuting attorney.

•Motorist assist on the off ramp of exit 51. Vehicles passenger side tire fell off. Cleared vehicle towed.

•Mobile patrols of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Foot patrols - Park, Railroad, Station, Bunker and various other locations.

•Report system maintenance.

•Radio silence all night long. I had to do a radio check just to make sure the thing was working.

•Patrolled the streets of Kellogg and Wardner. Along with radio silence there, was no movement. I seriously felt like Rick Grimes on the first episode of the Walking Dead last night.

•During K77 patrols, he found a Captain America Shield. K77 now holds that power and responsibility.

•Patrol of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Patrol of school zones.

•T-stop on 800 block S Division for speeding. Cleared citation issued 37/25.

•Follow up on a Forgery case.

•Reports.

•Traffic stop in the 300 block of Main St Wardner for no plates- clear verbal.

•Extra patrol in the area of the internet fiber wire vandalism.

•Warrant service 400 block of Bunker. Suspect took off running from deputy while being placed in custody. After being tazed, subject was taken into custody after medical evaluation. Booked on four outstanding warrants as well as Resist, Obstruct, Delay Police / Violate No Contact Order.

•Responded to an out of control juvenile. Upon arrival it was determined that this was more of a behavior health issue and not a criminal one. A game plan was put together with mother and she took him to KMC.

•Patrol of school zones and Kellogg and Wardner.

•Other agency assist at 500 block of w Mullan for Grand theft. Cleared negative contact

•Patrol of Main Street Wardner in the morning due to reports of cars speeding.

•Attempted 29 service on Howard Street. Cleared negative contact

•Car burglary in the early morning in Kingston, vehicle was heading eastbound on I-90, ATL on a silver late model car unknown plates. Cleared UTL

•Citizen contact on 200 block e Idaho. Negative 29’s

•Received dog into pound from Pinehurst PD.

•Patrolled Kellogg and Wardner.

•Traffic stop on wildcat way- Clear verbal.

•Traffic stop on Mullan for no front plate- Clear verbal.

•Called to McDonalds for a car in the drive through that had open containers of alcohol- Clear unfounded.

•Mobile patrols of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Suspicious activity at McDonald’s - reported drug activity. Unfounded for drug activity, however a subject with a warrant was located and arrested without incident. Taken into custody and served warrant.

•Arrest - report completed.

•Traffic stop E. Cameron and Division - verbal for headlight.

•Traffic stop 600 block of Bunker - verbal for speed

•Fight in progress at Gondolier - K77 handled. Three victims and one suspect. Suspect taken into custody for Battery and Assault. Gathered statements and medical release. Cleared assist.

•Suspicious vehicle at Fairbridge parking lot - Canceled prior to arrival as vehicle left.

•Stolen vehicle from Silver Mountain parking lot. Upon arrival, owners had located the vehicle (believed to have mistaken where they actually parked). UNFOUNDED

•Called to a someone currently breaking into a home, turned out to be nothing of the sort and no crime was committed- clear NAT

•Traffic stop on Mission Avenue for not using blinker- clear verbal.

•Citizen contact on Mission Avenue for ongoing issues with blight and noise.

•Called again to the ongoing Mission neighborhood dispute.

•Landline request from the home owner on West park about the trespassing of the previous tenant and the condition of his home as the manager contacted him that we were there.

•Called to Howard Street for a Civil issue with renters.

•Took two dogs into the pound.

•Citizen contact by another neighbor on Mission regarding the issues of blight.

•Patrolled Kellogg and Wardner.

•Traffic Stop in the Lovely downpour this morning- clear verbal.

•Traffic stop on Hill street for no front plate- clear verbal.

•Assisted County with a possible burglary in progress in Smelterville. Turned out that the battery had died in the main controller so it just sets everything off.

•Extra patrol near the intersection of Hill Street and Mission Avenue.

•Extra patrol up near where the Internet cable vandalism happened, the internet went down today as the storm happened. Even though I figured it was the storm causing the outage, K76 figured he would go back there and still check. Everything was still good and intact.

•Called to a motorhome or camp trailer on Mission Avenue to see if anyone was living it. At this time, it does not appear so.

•Lost dad at the city park. Was able to locate said dad and return him to his 7-year-old. Cleared public assist.

•Called to intersection of Main and McKinley for report of hit and run. While I was taking photos of the broken light pole, K73 located the suspect vehicle. Information was taken and driver was cited and released.

•Possible 8004 driver, reported to be leaving the trailer park headed to Kellogg unknown vehicle. K75 staged at the city limits. Cleared UTL.

•Traffic stop x2 E Cameron Avenue for speed. Cleared verbal.

•Patrol of school zones.

•LL request regarding noise complaints about neighbors. Went and spoke with both parties and advised to mutually agree on trying their very best on trying to not disturb each other’s peace. Cleared peace restored.

•T-stop on Elm and Cameron for speeding. Cleared verbal.

•T-stop on I-90 westbound on ramp for speeding on Bunker Avenue. Cleared verbal.

•Called to Amy Lynn’s for noise complaint. Neighbor downstairs was shutting doors too loud. RP didn’t want contact. Upon my arrival peace was restored.

•Assisted county with petit theft in progress at Wal-Mart cleared other agency assist.

•Patrolled Kellogg and Wardner.

•Patrol of school zones.

•T-stop on Cameron and Oregon for speeding x2. Cleared verbal.

•T-stop on E Portland in front of the Amy Lynns for no turn signal. Cleared verbal.

•LL request from H&W. no answer left message.

•Towed vehicle due from 48-hour tow notice on 700 block Main Street, Wardner.

•Towed a homemade trailer due from 48-hour notice on 900 block W Park Avenue.

•County received a call about a stolen vehicle unknown direction of travel. K72 set up at the intersection of Hill Street and Cameron and ended up seeing the vehicle pass him. Initiated a traffic stop and the vehicle failed to yield and began a pursuit into Kootenai county. K72 disregarded at about exit 48 but followed until 40. Kootenai County and ISP ended up taking over the pursuit. Cleared other agency assist.

•T-stop on Cameron Avenue across from SVT for speeding. Cleared verbal.

•Call to KMS regarding male juvenile not listening to teachers/staff. Transported juvenile home where the parents and I spoke about what happened at school with juvenile. Cleared, public assist.

•Vehicle accident non-injury in yolks parking lot. Victims car was hit while she was in the store. Suspect vehicle did not leave information regarding the accident. Received some information from witness regarding suspect vehicle. Will do some follow up on incident. Cleared report started.

•Five parking citations issued.

•Walk in wanting to report his dogs missing. Tried calling subject back but did not pick up.

•Patrol of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Patrol in school zones.
