Linnita Ann Day, 58

Linnita Ann Day, 58, of Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho (formerly of the Silver Valley), passed away October 24, 2017 at Kootenai Health of Coeur d’ Alene. She was born November 20, 1958 in Arlington, Washington; Linnita was the daughter of Clyde and Donita (Sharp) Blacker.

Linnita had attended schools in Arlington, Washington. She had resided in the Silver Valley for twenty plus years, before moving to Coeur d’ Alene one year ago.

In earlier years, Linnita had served as a cashier for many businesses including Lookout Ski Pass, Hico of Wallace and Walmart.

Linnita loved and enjoyed her family, garage sales, playing softball, crafts, swimming and floating, camping, fishing, riding her bike, picking berries and clam digging- she loved the outdoors.

Linnita is survived by her daughter Corey Carlson and her companion Farhan Ali of Marysville, Washington; Linnita’s companion of twenty years Curt Bussell of Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho; her father Clyde Blacker of Arizona; four brothers; one sister; her mother-in-law Judy Bussell of Wallace, Idaho; her sister-in-law Ronda Bussell of Osburn; she is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Linnita was preceded in death by her mother Donita, one brother and her father-in-law Wilburn Bussell

A Celebration of Linnita’s Life will be held at a later date in Washington.
