Steven Michael Anderson, 63

Steven “Steve” Michael Anderson, 63 of Smelterville, Idaho, passed away on September 8, 2017 at his home in Smelterville. He was born June 7, 1954 in Coeur d‘Alene.

Steve lived in Coeur d‘Alene and the Silver Valley most of his life and lived for several years in Twin Lakes. He attended school in Coeur d’Alene. Steve served his country in the U.S. Navy.

Steve worked for Starks Construction for over 30 years; he worked on framing and foundations.

Steve was known as Papa to the kids at Angel’s Wings Daycare. He loved NASCAR and was a collector.

Steve is survived by his closest friend Leslie Fici of Smelterville; his grandsons Joni and Eavin Knight of Smelterville; close friends Donna (Kevin) Harris of Post Falls and numerous other grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his close friend Todd.

Cremation will take place and no services are planned at this time.
