Amr Fayed, 27, of Virginia Beach Virginia, was arrested for driving under the influence.

Angel Thomas, 21, of Pinehurst, Idaho, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of parapharnelia and driving without privileges.

Arthur Baul, 59, of Sioux City, Iowa, was arrested for delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a schedule II substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia with the intent use.

Jeremy Wilkerson, 42, of Whitefish, Montana, was arrested for trafficking of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia witht he intent to use and driving without privileges.
