Robert W. Dunn, 68, of Osburn, Idaho, passed away March 30, 2018, at his family home. His parents were Robert C. and Alma M. (Shaw) Dunn of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

He was born in Ione, Wash., on Feb. 12, 1950. He moved with his family to Coeur d’Alene at the age of 9. He grew up and attended school in Coeur d’Alene.

Robert was a log truck driver and also drove low boy and ran heavy equipment. He later became a highway trucker.

He and his wife have lived in Osburn since 1998. He loved camping, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. There are eight great-grandchildren with two more on the way. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Alma; sister Sandy and daughter Tina.

There will be no funeral, but there will be a celebration of life at a later date.
