NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING KELLOGG MUNICIPAL CODE AMENDMENTS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kellogg City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday May 9, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at Kellogg City Hall, 1007 McKinley Avenue, Kellogg Idaho 83837. The purpose of the hearing is to review proposed amendments to the Kellogg Municipal Code and provide a recommendation to the Kellogg City Council. The amendments to the Kellogg municipal code include repeal of Title 11, Land Use Regulations, and Title 12, Subdivisions, of the Kellogg Municipal Code and replace them with a new Title 11, Land Use Regulations and a new Title 12, Subdivisions. The effect of these amendments would be to provide clarification to regulations, further implement goals and policies of the Kellogg comprehensive plan, update regulations, and reorganize regulations.
