NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING KELLOGG MUNICIPAL CODE AMENDMENTS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kellogg City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday May 9, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at Kellogg City Hall, 1007 McKinley Avenue, Kellogg Idaho 83837. The purpose of the hearing is to review proposed amendments to the Kellogg Municipal Code and provide a recommendation to the Kellogg City Council. The amendments to the Kellogg municipal code include repeal of Title 11, Land Use Regulations, and Title 12, Subdivisions, of the Kellogg Municipal Code and replace them with a new Title 11, Land Use Regulations and a new Title 12, Subdivisions. The effect of these amendments would be to provide clarification to regulations, further implement goals and policies of the Kellogg comprehensive plan, update regulations, and reorganize regulations. All persons desiring to be heard should appear. Written testimony or comments may be sent to City of Kellogg, Attention City Clerk, 1007 McKinley, and Kellogg ID 83837. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PINEHURST CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL USE PERMIT REQUEST May 8, 2018 5:30 p.m. The Pinehurst City Council will hold a public hearing and take public testimony at the Pinehurst City Hall - 106 North Division Street on Tuesday May 8th at 5:30 p.m. to consider a special use permit request from Jeremy and Jessica Allen allowing a 1728 sq. ft. pole garage with a 576 sq. ft. lean-to in a "RS" Single Family Residential zone.
