•Michael Anthony Hampsten, 35, of Mullan, Idaho was arrested for attempted strangulation, domestic battery in the presence of a child, taking the phone away while calling 911, possession of less than three ounces of marijuana and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia with intent to use.

TUESDAY, AUG. 7

- Sabelle Nicole Armijo, 24, of Silverton, Idaho was arrested for being a fugitive from justice.

- Dakota W Brockway, 18, is on hold from Kootenai County.

- Samuel Thomas Matsumura, 23, of Sagle, Idaho is on hold from Kootenai County.

- Thomas Arthur Ota, 44, of Hayden, Idaho is on hold from Kootenai County.

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 8

- Billy Zane Smith, 67, of Osburn, Idaho was arrested for aggravated battery and obstructing or resisting an officer.

- James Patrick Williams, 67, of Smelterville, Idaho was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm and aggravated battery.
